Response IQ LTD was founded in London in January 2016. Our office is at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, and we have UK and US phone numbers.
Where are ResponseiQ’s customers?
Most of our customers are in the UK, and we also work with businesses in the US, in travel, insurance, finance, property, removals and B2B services.
Is ResponseiQ an AI tool or a call centre?
No. ResponseiQ is not an AI product, a chat tool or a contact centre. Calls follow rules you set, such as your opening hours and which agents to ring, and they ring the phones your team already uses.
